Kevin L. Metros

Kevin Metros has more than a decade of experience representing physicians, dentists, hospitals, surgery centers, urgent care clinics, drug and alcohol rehab facilities, and long-term care facilities in civil litigation matters involving allegations of negligence, negligent credentialing, fraud, battery, premises liability, excessive force by security staff, sexual assault, elder abuse and Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA) violations. Kevin also has represented physicians in matters brought by the Medical Board of California and he has defended lawyers in legal malpractice actions.

Kevin is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and California Western School of Law. Kevin is licensed to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California.
