Kathleen McColgan specializes in legal research, writing and oral argument in complex Law and Motion matters. She has been practicing in the field of medical malpractice defense since 1999. During that time she has defended physicians and hospitals in California on pre-trial and trial motions and writs and appellate matters. Kathleen received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from California College of the Arts. She received a Juris Doctorate from Whittier College School of Law in 1989. During law school, Kathleen received an American Jurisprudence Award for Legal Process/Procedure. She is licensed to practice before the courts in the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
