A lifelong resident of Los Angeles County, Kevin Miller graduated from the California State University, Los Angeles magna cum laude in 2007 before graduating from Southwestern Law School in 2012. While attending law school, Mr. Miller gained work experience at a workers’ compensation law firm as well as with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.
After law school, Mr. Miller worked at several real estate litigation firms, drafting motions and pleadings, and interviewing clients. Additionally, Mr. Miller conducted internal investigations of employee misconduct for a large public entity and advised executive management on employment and discipline-related issues. Prior to joining Law + Brandmeyer, Mr. Miller practiced law for several years at a civil litigation defense firm. His work included all stages of pre-trial and trial litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, and trial preparation. This practice encompassed a wide range of areas of law, including employment, civil rights, medical malpractice, prisoners’ rights, and premises liability.
Kevin Miller is licensed to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
